Methods of Analysis and Sampling – For Fish and Fishery Products

In May 2024, the Codex Committee on Methods of Analysis and Sampling completed a review of methods of analysis for fish and fishery products in Codex documents. All methods in the fish and fishery product standards have been moved into the Recommended Methods of Analysis and Sampling (CXS 234-1999).
